About Our Partners:

Established in 1934, ADL is South Central Texas’s oldest no-kill shelter, providing a safe haven for abandoned, abused, or neglected animals. With a 12-acre campus and the Paul Jolly Center for Adoptions, ADL extends care to the most underserved neighborhoods in San Antonio. Their veterinary hospital provides critical medical services like spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, and microchipping, while also offering specialized treatments for pets with complex needs. Through mobile wellness clinics and collaborations with Animal Care Services, ADL advances San Antonio toward its “No-Kill” vision.

Meanwhile, Houston Pets Alive! (HPA!) serves as a beacon of hope for at-risk companion animals, acting as a vital safety net for municipal shelters and impound facilities in the Houston area. HPA! strives to reduce pet homelessness through education, outreach, and accessible care, ensuring every animal gets the chance to thrive in a loving home.
