In 2017, my son told me he couldn't keep watching me destroy myself.
I was 38. A single mom working a high-stress job at a country club, barely making rent, buried in debt, and losing a quiet war with addiction that was tearing apart the people I loved most. I'd convinced myself I'd already missed my shot at a better life — that this hamster wheel was simply what survival looked like now.
That night cracked everything open. It wasn't gentle. It was the kind of wake-up call that leaves you nowhere left to hide.
So I stopped hiding. I started healing — the addiction, yes, but underneath it the deeper work: the patterns, the unworthiness, the inherited stories about what I was even allowed to want. And as I healed, I began to remember. That I was capable of so much more. That a different life wasn't just possible — it was mine to build.
Coming up on nine years later, I've built that life — on purpose, instead of on survival. Today I lead three bodies of work: RISE Innerversity, Unity Works Agency, and Rooted Publishing House — guiding conscious entrepreneurs and Earthkeepers to heal what's holding them back and step fully into the leadership they came here for.
I know how heavy it is to feel broken, lost, and alone — to sense you're meant for more and have no map to reach it. I also know, in my body, that it doesn't have to stay that way. I've walked the whole road, from broken to whole, and I built RISE so you'd never have to walk it alone.

I'll be direct, because it's the only way I know how to be: RISE is not a course library with a candle emoji on the login page.
RISE is a Scholē — a mystery school in the oldest sense of the word. The ancient academies didn't hand you information and wish you luck. They initiated you. They walked you through the gates of your own becoming, one threshold at a time, alongside people who had crossed them before. That lineage is what we're reclaiming. When you step inside, you're not buying access to videos. You're entering a container built to change you.
Here's what that means in practice. Most programs sell you a strategy and leave the wound untouched — so you white-knuckle the tactics for ninety days and quietly burn out. We work in the opposite order. We heal the patterns running the show first — the self-sabotage, the unworthiness, the inherited stories about money and power and what you're allowed to want — and then we build the business on solid ground. Inner and outer. Root and wing. That's the entire point.
I use Human Design, astrology, numerology, and the old seasonal wisdom throughout this work — so let me be clear about how. These are lenses, not my identity. I am not your Human Design teacher or your resident astrologer. I'm a mirror-holder. These tools are mirrors I raise so you can see yourself more clearly and remember what you already know. The wisdom was always yours. I just help you stop looking away from it.
And because I clawed my way back from rock bottom myself, I don't do delicate. You'll get the truth from me — the warm truth and the hard truth, usually in the same breath. If something is standing between you and the life you came here to live, I'll name it. You won't always love hearing it. You'll be glad I said it.
That's the difference. Everywhere else hands you a map. Here, we cross the territory together.

No. These are tools we use as mirrors — not prerequisites. You do not need to know your chart or understand the Wheel of the Year to begin. You need to be willing to look honestly at yourself. Everything else unfolds from there.
Neither — and both in the way that matters. I am not a licensed therapist and RISE is not a substitute for clinical mental health support. What I offer is initiatory mentorship rooted in lived experience, ancient wisdom, and a decade of doing this work on myself first.
