General Conditions of Sale (RISE Innerversity)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites of RISE Innerversity. Any natural or legal person who places an order with RISE Innerversity via our secure payment platform is considered a "client."

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: RISE Innerversity only accepts clients over 18 years old for physical and digital products and over 18 years old for services, including coaching, workshops, and courses. While our content is designed to be educational and transformative, it is intended for a mature audience capable of understanding the responsibilities and commitments of personal and spiritual development.

Subscribers to our free membership or newsletter who do not meet these criteria will be removed from our database upon discovery. Any purchases made by individuals not meeting the age criteria will be refunded, and access to the associated products or services will be revoked.

Article 2: Order

Placing an order on any site belonging to RISE Innerversity constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

All prices are listed in US dollars, inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Shipping and processing fees, if applicable, are not included in the listed prices. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price applied to your order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payments are due immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-order items. RISE Innerversity accepts payment by credit or debit card. Secure online payments are processed through Stripe, ensuring encryption of all transmitted data. Stripe’s security guarantees apply to all transactions.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery of digital products and access credentials will be provided to the email address specified during your order. Please ensure the accuracy of your contact information. Physical products, if applicable, will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. RISE Innerversity is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Should any delivery issues arise, we will make every effort to resolve them promptly.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

RISE Innerversity is committed to protecting your personal data. By accepting these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.

When you provide your email address on our website, you agree to receive emails with updates, course information, and promotional offers from RISE Innerversity or our trusted partners. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Article 7: Applicable Law

These general conditions of sale and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of applicable courts in the United States.

RISE Innerversity Terms of Service

RISE Innerversity, hereinafter referred to as "The Scholē," reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time. This includes but is not limited to: denial of free offers, cancellation of memberships, suspension from affiliate rewards programs, removal from electronic mailing lists, exclusion from RISE Innerversity-administrated private groups, and participation in community-based virtual events or activities. Any infractions against the Terms of Service may result in removal from all associated social media accounts and platforms.

Infractions for Refusal of Service Include but Are Not Limited To:

(a) Copyright infringement (b) Plagiarism (c) Inappropriate comments or behavior toward any RISE Innerversity team member or affiliate (d) Harassment or inappropriate comments in electronic communications (email, social media, etc.) (e) Defamation, slander, or libel against RISE Innerversity, its staff, or partners (f) Payment interruptions for any products, services, or subscriptions (g) Non-compliance with community rules and regulations (h) Breach of any contractual agreement with RISE Innerversity (i) Misuse of promotional codes, passwords, or engagement in fraudulent activities

RISE Innerversity reserves the right to amend these infractions at any time without prior notice.

Email Notifications

RISE Innerversity is not responsible for missed deadlines or opportunities due to the non-receipt of email notifications. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that emails from The Scholē are received and reviewed in a timely manner.

Giveaways

Giveaways are provided by members of the RISE Innerversity community. RISE Innerversity is not responsible for lost or unclaimed items. Issues related to giveaways should be directed to the giveaway administrator via a support ticket with the subject line: "Giveaway Issue."

Payments and Updating Payment Information

RISE Innerversity accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payments will reflect "RISE Innerversity" on your billing statement. To update payment information, clients must log in to their accounts and make changes manually. RISE Innerversity does not retain credit card details and cannot update this information on behalf of clients.

Cancellation Policy

For subscription products:

• Cancellations must be requested via email to contact@riseinnerversity.com.
• Access to programs and memberships will cease immediately upon cancellation, and fees will not be prorated.

For business products, events, and services:

• Refunds or cancellations are not accepted. Full payment is required upon enrollment, and all sales are final.

Late Payments

• Payments overdue by 1+ day will result in suspension of membership perks and a $50 late fee.
• Memberships 7+ days overdue will be terminated, and any previously offered discounts will no longer apply.
• Payment interruptions occurring more than twice will require the full remaining balance to be paid immediately, with no future payment plans offered.

RISE Innerversity ("The Company") retains the right to deny service to any individual at its discretion. Reasons for such denial may include, but are not restricted to, copyright infringement, plagiarism, inappropriate interactions, and payment issues. We reserve the right to modify these reasons at any time, without prior notice or obligation to update the list above.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards only. To change your payment details, you must log into your account and manually update the information. RISE Innerversity does not store credit card details and cannot modify this information for you.

Subscription Products: To cancel, please log in to the Member’s Portal and modify your settings there. Cancellations via email will not be accepted. Access to subscriptions and programs will cease immediately upon cancellation, with no prorated fees.

Business Products, Events, and Services: All sales are final. Once you make a down payment or enroll, you are committed to complete the payment. Access to the membership area may cease once an event or program ends.

One-on-One and Group Coaching: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failing to do so will result in the client being charged for the session. Makeup sessions may be available depending on therapist availability.

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce your session length but will not encroach on the next client's time. Missed or late-modified appointments without 2 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Special situations, like power outages or inclement weather, that necessitate cancellation from either party, will be rescheduled without additional charges. Emergency absences will be considered individually by Jennifer Nunez. A written request within 7 days may exempt you from late cancellation charges, subject to approval.

Your appointments are confirmed electronically a day prior through email and/or text messages. Despite these reminders, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments. Not receiving a reminder is not an acceptable reason for missing an appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service and processed through PayPal, which accepts all the major credit cards listed above.

RISE Innerversity does not accept insurance and is not a Medicare provider. For more information, refer to our Medical Disclaimer on our website.

Three consecutive cancellations without adequate notice or due to reasons other than illness or emergency may result in immediate termination of services.

Accounts overdue by one day or more will lose membership privileges and incur a $100 late fee. Memberships seven days past due will be terminated, and discounted rates will not be renewed. More than two payment interruptions will necessitate the full balance due, with no future payment plans available.

No refunds are available for any services, sessions, digital products, self-study courses, subscriptions, or programs.

Sales tax is not applicable.

Most products are digital and delivered via email within 24 hours. Physical shipping is within the US only and will take place within three business days via USPS or Priority Mail. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered items.
