• Tardiness and No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, it will come out of your session time. You are responsible for keeping track of your schedule and ensuring that you are able to get to your appointment on time.
• Recordings: We do offer recordings of your sessions. This is currently a complimentary service that is provided for clients. You will be notified prior to being recorded. Sessions are recorded digitally and will be sent within 1-2 business days after your reading. You are responsible for downloading and saving your recording within a timely manner. Recordings do expire after three months. We are not able to guarantee recording quality and cannot protect against technical or mechanical failure during your session.
• Follow-up questions: Once the session is over, it’s over. We can’t answer follow-up questions via phone or email. If you want to explore something further, you are welcome to book another session.
• Follow-up notes: We cannot provide follow-up notes, summaries, or any other written recaps.
• Gift certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you are unable to use yours, you are welcome to pass it along to a friend or family member.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date and due within three business dates after confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation on our part. For large events, parties and workshops, if for any reason your unable to pay on time, interest charges of $1.11 a day will be applied for every day you are late.

• Ethical Psychic Readers expediently assist clients whose cases they accept. They set reasonable working hours and they do not "dodge" contact attempts from clients that are received during those hours.
• Ethical Psychic Readers and Energy Workers do not claim that their spell-casting efforts will succeed "100%" or "in 24 hours" nor make any "guarantees." In the event that obstacles are encountered in their work, they inform their clients honestly and they set reasonable limitations on how long the work can be expected to proceed before the case is considered to be intractable.

I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of veterinary care. It is recommended that the animal see a licensed veterinarian for any physical ailment they may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any veterinarian care that the pet may be receiving. I agree that I will inform my practitioner of any significant health changes prior to future appointments. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long- term imbalances may sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I understand that Reiki practitioners are providing Reiki at my request and are not responsible for the outcome of the session. The animal directs the treatment, therefore, session length and results vary per each session.

• Respect the human companion’s right to choose the animal’s healing journey, selecting the methods, both holistic and/or conventional that he or she deems most appropriate, with the support and advice of a trusted veterinarian.

In working with the animals, I follow these guidelines:

• I work in partnership with the animal.
• I always ask permission of the animal before beginning, and respect his or her decision to accept or refuse any treatment. I listen intuitively and observe the animal’s body language in determining the response.
• I allow each animal to choose how to receive his or her treatment; thus each treatment could be a combination of hands-on, short distance and/or distant healing, depending on the animal’s preference.
• I let go of my expectations about how the treatment should progress and/or how the animal should behave during the treatment, and simply trust Reiki.
• I accept the results of the treatment without judgment and with gratitude toward Reiki and the animal’s openness and participation in the process.
