SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please read our shipping & return policy prior to placing an order.

 

Shipping Policy

Processing time:
Most products are digital and delivered via email within 24 hours. Physical shipping is within the US only and will take place within three business days via USPS or Priority Mail. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered items. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but generally orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. We offer priority shipping once item is handcrafted.

 

For Physical Products Shipping Methods and Costs

• Priority Shipping (5-8 business days): $9.50 (Free with $100 minimum purchase for USA orders only.)

• 2-Day Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95 (Free with $100 minimum purchase for USA orders only.)

Some shipping methods may not be available in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your cart or your selected shipping address.

 

Refund policy

No refunds are available for any services, sessions, digital products, self-study courses, subscriptions, or programs. We are committed to providing quality products and best services to our clients. However, due to the handmade aspect to our products, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions about our products, please send us an email contact@riseinnerversity.com prior to placing an order so we may answer your questions and assure you are happy with your order. 

All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect product or a damaged item upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We do not offer refunds on damaged items. Please check with your local post office to file a claim as all orders are insured up to $100. We will, however, make sure you get what you ordered in excellent condition.
